Informational website

The website explains Routeava’s pilot-stage services and provides preliminary tools. Website content is not professional legal, accounting, safety, employment, or engineering advice.

No automatic contract

Submitting an intake request, uploading a file, receiving a reference number, or participating in an initial conversation does not create a service contract. Paid or substantive work requires a separate written scope, price, responsibilities, and acceptance.

Estimates and examples

Illustrative examples and savings calculations depend on user-supplied assumptions. They are not promises, guarantees, or verified results. Actual outcomes depend on geography, service constraints, data quality, implementation, traffic, staffing, customer requirements, and other factors.

Customer responsibility

The customer remains responsible for final routing, employee scheduling, vehicle safety, road restrictions, labor compliance, customer commitments, service quality, and implementation decisions. Routeava recommendations should be reviewed by authorized personnel with operational context.

Submitted material

You confirm that you are authorized to provide submitted information and files. Do not provide material that violates law, confidentiality duties, employment restrictions, privacy obligations, or third-party rights.

Prohibited information

Do not submit payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical records, government identification, passwords, malicious files, or information unrelated to the requested review.

Availability

Routeava may decline an intake request, restrict pilot capacity, suspend the website, remove unsafe files, or change the service while the Phase 0 operating model is tested.

Separate service agreement

Any paid pilot or ongoing engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
